TO VERIFY YOUR INSURANCE

  1. Email a photo of your insurance card FRONT and BACK to gregmedbil@gmail.com

  2. Include the name of the primary insurance holder (either you or your spouse)

  3. Include the DOB of yourself and your spouse.

  4. You will receive an email response within 1-3 business days.

Not accepted: Medicare, Medi-Cal, Kaiser, most HMO plans. Cigna HMO accepted.

We work with many PPO plans including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Anthem Blue Cross, GEHA, Humana, and others. These visits are out-of-network with potential reimbursement depending on your plan.

Superbills are available upon request at the time of service.

Acupuncture is a fully-approved medical expense under Health Savings Accounts and Flex-Spending Accounts (You may use your HSA/FSA card to pay for treatments).
