We talk through your history, symptoms, and the deeper picture of what your gut, nervous system, and emotions are telling you, then build a treatment plan: herbal formula, supplement protocol, and lifestyle direction, all without needing to be in the room.
Includes optional 48-hour submission before your visit: May submit a two-day food diary and up to two blood chemistry labs.

Ever go to your doctor and get back your labs, but they don’t really explain to you what is going on inside your body?
This service is for established patients who want to get a clearer picture of their health. This is the time spent synthesizing your panels (serum, Genova, Mosaic, OATs, or others) into one coherent picture to create a proactive plan for your health goals. Next step is to schedule a visit.
